Bala Art Studio proudly ships fine art prints from San Francisco, California. We aim to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in a timely manner.
Processing Time:
All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping. Custom and large-format prints may require additional time.
Shipping Rates & Carriers:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size. We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7–21 business days. Customs duties, VAT, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders are received and processed only via the email contact@balaartstudio.com
Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please email contact@balaartstudio.com
Within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to offer a replacement or store credit.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to retrieve it, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
